Pierre Gramegna

Paolo Traverso Pierre Gramegna is the Director of the Chamber of Commerce of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg since September 1st, 2003. Before, he has been the Director of International Economic Relations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg between 2002 and 2003 and also Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Luxembourg to Japan from 1996 until 2002.
He studied law and economics in Paris. He is a dedicated amateur of tennis and photography. He was born on the 22nd of April, 1958. Pierre Gramegna is fluent in English, French, German, Italian, Luxembourgish and as he loves languages he acquired some notions of Spanish, Japanese and Russian.
