Adam Dunkels

Adam Dunkels is a senior researcher at the Swedish Institute of Computer Science. He has published over 50 scientific papers on wireless sensor networks, is the principal author of the Contiki operating system, and the uIP and lwIP embedded IP stacks. He has received several awards for his work, including the ERCIM Cor Baayen Award and the ACM SIGOPS EuroSys Roger Needham Award. In 2009, the MIT Technology Review named him one of the 35 top innovators under 35. In July 2010, his book "Interconnecting Smart Objects with IP - the Next Internet", is published (http://TheNextInternet.org).
